Hello and welcome to Hedgehogs class page. Our class teacher is Mrs Donnell who is supported every day by Mrs Munn. Our classroom is a fun, friendly and engaging environment that is full of enthusiastic learners. We are very lucky to have specialised music lessons once a week taught by our specialist music teacher Mrs B Cousins. At lunchtimes we are supported by Mrs Cook.
In Hedgehogs we learn through play during our Get Busy Time sessions with fun and engaging activities available inside and in our Garden. All of our Get Busy Time activities and more formal learning lessons are planned following the EYFS Development Matters document. As a school, we follow Read Write Inc to learn our letter sounds which will help us to learn to read and write. Termly newsletters are available on our Class Page and regular updates are posted via each individual child’s Tapestry.
