Dear Parents/Guardians,

We now use Bromcom, together with the MCAS app, to support communication, reduce administration in the school office, and provide a secure cashless payment system for families.

Bromcom is a comprehensive school management system that has revolutionised how we manage student data, attendance, school dinners, payments and much more. It provides us with a centralised platform to efficiently track your child's academic progress and ensure that they receive the support they need to succeed.

Additionally, we have introduced  the MCAS app,  (My Child At School App) This app allows you to stay connected with the school in real-time, receive important updates, and access your child's academic information,  anytime, anywhere.

With Bromcom and the MCAS app, you have convenient access to:

• Student attendance records
• School dinners and payments
• Academic progress reports
• School announcements and events
• Parental consents     (See what you've consented to, and provide consent for your children or their information to be used in different situations)
• Ability to update key household/child information  (Moved house?  Changed phone number?)

We understand the importance of keeping you informed and involved in your child's education, and we believe that Bromcom and the MCAS app will greatly facilitate this process here at Higham Primary School

New parents, will receive further instructions on how to access and utilise these platforms. We encourage you to download the MCAS app once your login details become available to you and familiarise yourself with its features and be ready for the start of the new school year.
